Is GUANGYAN a factory or a trading company?
GUANGYAN is the independent brand of Shenzhen Kaiteng Communication Co., Ltd., a direct manufacturer. We operate a 2,600 m² factory in Shenzhen with 3 production lines, 49 production staff and 6 R&D engineers, in business since 2013. You buy from the factory, not a middleman.
What products does GUANGYAN manufacture?
Fiber optic communication equipment and instruments: fusion splicers, optical time-domain reflectometers (OTDR), optical power meters, PON power meters, visual fault locators (VFL), all-in-one fiber multimeters, stabilized light sources, optical fiber identifiers, fiber cleavers, fiber transceivers and network testers. We also offer a secondary line of laser range finders and rangefinder telescopes.
How long has GUANGYAN been in business?
Since 2013, over 13 years of designing, manufacturing and exporting fiber optic test and installation equipment.
Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 piece for standard retail orders. For OEM customization (your logo, boot screen and housing color) the MOQ is just 10 pieces, a level of flexibility most listed manufacturers only offer at 100+ units.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are welcome so you can validate performance before committing to volume. Contact us with the model you want to evaluate and your destination country and we will quote sample terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and PayPal. For larger orders we can discuss staged payment terms.
OEM & Customization
Can you make instruments under my own brand?
Yes, low-MOQ OEM and private label is one of our core strengths. From just 10 units we can customize the logo, boot/startup screen and housing color. For larger programs we can discuss deeper customization of packaging and documentation.
Which products can be customized?
Fusion splicers, optical power meters and most of our instrument range support OEM branding. Tell us the category and target volume and we will confirm what is possible.

Which certifications do GUANGYAN products hold?
Our products are certified to ISO9001, CE, FCC, RoHS, LVD, EMC, BIS, MSDS, UN38.3. Specific certificates available per model on request.
What splicing technology do your fusion splicers use?
Our core-alignment fusion splicers use six-motor active core alignment, the same alignment principle as top-tier competitors, delivering low, consistent splice loss at a factory-direct price. Exact splice time and loss figures are listed on each model page and taken from the product specification, never mixed between models.
Shipping, Warranty & Support
Where do you export to?
We export worldwide, with established customers across Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia. Shipping is arranged by air or sea depending on order size and urgency.
What warranty do you provide?
Products carry a 3-year warranty with remote technical support. Our engineers help with setup, calibration questions and troubleshooting after the sale.
Do 4G / networked models work in my country?
Models with 4G or cellular connectivity depend on local frequency bands and SIM compatibility. Before ordering a networked model for use outside China, confirm your local band and SIM support with us so we can verify compatibility, we will not promise coverage we cannot guarantee.
